a blast from the past

from the really distant past. Yesterday we went to the most fun aerobics class I have ever been to! I didn't really want to go to that one at the beginning, coz they're usually quite slow moving and boring, and focus too much on being able to do things to the rhythm of the music. This one was really lively, and more like jump about whenever you feel. What should really be noted is that our teacher, I think got stuck somewhere in the middle of that chart of the evolution of man that they teach you in school. Somewhere around the neanderthal stage. If you see this man walking around in a suit you think, hmmmm, he hasn't quite evolved fully. If you see him jumping about like a maniac and hitting his chest like tarzan, then you know for sure. Definitely going back to that class, it's too funny!
